OD Interventions

Committed to creating more empowered individuals and teams, they seamlessly combine the science of OD along with a number of alternative arts-based methods.

Individual Interventions

To facilitate individual employees to discover their power of communication and performance, with 1-on-1 support from a certified coach.

Group Interventions

To facilitate the workings within a team to improve communication & collaboration, so that goals are reached effectively & sustainably. Alternative methods such as pottery, painting, drama and music are applied to create a non-threatening environment of applied learning.

Intergroup Interventions

To facilitate deeper understanding of inter-team dynamics, and how they can be worked around for deeper communication & collaboration. Problems are actively identified and targets set to resolve them, using alternative methods such as pottery, painting, drama and music.

Third-party Interventions

To facilitate dialogue in the context of organizational conflict. The idea worked on is that not all conflict is bad & that any conflict is really an opportunity to review, renew & rearrange. Alternative methods help create a non-threatening & empathetic environment.

Action Learning Projects

To facilitate learning through action within a group, where members come with real problems, in a bid to look for real solutions. Extensive exploration and discussions occur so that perspectives are shared and everyone walks away having learnt some valuable lessons.

Diversity Interventions

To facilitate the creation of an organizational context that makes space for differences – cultural, gender-based and individual. Alternative methods come together to enable exploration, consider the effects of stereotyping and manifesting fresh & functional behaviour that reflects understanding & empathy.
